Intermediate Pelvic Floor Exercises

If you’re feeling sufficiently comfortable with the basics, you may wish to incorporate these intermediate exercises into your routine.

In this video, you’ll learn two simple floor exercises that add gentle limb movements to challenge and further strengthen your pelvic floor muscles. There’s also a sitting-to-standing exercise that once mastered, can be practised throughout your normal day.

With each level of exercise and persistence, your pelvic floor is becoming increasingly strong, increasing your ability to control your continence. You will notice an improvement and in some cases, the restoration of complete control.
