This consists of POS materials including displays, sample kits for you to show customers our products and explain more about them, sample cards so they can order a sample to try and leaflets and promotional material. Packaging is designed with the consumer in mind with a discreet look and feel, and easy-to-read instructions for selection and usage.
To help ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty, TENA provide the training and the tools to help staff meet each consumer’s needs. TENA provides education in Incontinence via the Pharmacy guild and other areas, we also offer PSA accredited training for Pharmacists who can earn 2 CPD points. TENA also runs a customer loyalty program and regularly runs promotions and specials to drive customers to stores. Doctors and Nurses
Product sampling and Home Delivery from our distributors supports nurses and carers in their work, with Customer Support providing a back-up resource to help the patient with any product-related issues. You can also get help with choosing the right product for clients with our product finder. In addition, staff can get product and continence care training via TENA as well as targeted information and fitting guides to help them in their usage of products.
